REFERCO COMMITMENT POLICY: By completing and signing this enrollment form, you are committing to a full twelve (12) month period in the program from today’s date. You understand that this is a twelve month non-cancelable, non-transferable commitment. You further understand and agree that, if, for any reason, you choose to stop participating in the program prior to the end of the end of the twelve month program date, you are obligated to pay or continue paying any outstanding balance for the entire twelve month period from the enrollment date . Memberships cannot be placed on hold. You understand that this contract, after the initial twelve month period will convert to a month-to-month contract. In order to cancel after the initial twelve months, you must do so in writing fourteen (14) days prior to the next renewal date. REFERCO has sole discretion to terminate this agreement and remove any participant from continuing in the program at any time without a refund. If REFERCO terminates the agreement and participant is on the monthly payment plan, participant will no longer be charged the monthly rate. REFERCO believes in the materials and value provided and is confident in knowing that full participation will yield results to more than cover the cost of CATALYST*. If, after completing the full twelve-month program, you have not received one referral, we provide your next year in CATALYST* free of charge until you receive that referral. REFERCO is fully committed to you just as we expect you to be fully committed and invested in your business. Further, you fully understand and acknowledge that Michael J. Maher, REFERCO, or any representative of REFERCO, make no promises, warranties, guarantees, or other claims regarding any results that may be obtained from the program. REFERCO does not provide refunds of any kind. Any and all claims, testimonials or other representations relating to income earnings should not be considered as average earnings or typical results. Participants’ results will vary depending on a number of factors and that all actions and results are up to you. You therefore agree to hold harmless Michael J. Maher, REFERCO, or any representative from any/all claims that may arise from my participation.
